How do I connect WhatsApp to Nassima?

Yes. Go to Settings > Integrations and connect the WhatsApp Business card to link your WhatsApp Business account.

To connect WhatsApp, you need:

A WhatsApp Business account A Meta Business account, since setup runs through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, which may include Meta verifying your business as part of that process The Messaging plan or higher; WhatsApp isn't available on the Starter plan

Once connected, WhatsApp conversations flow into the same Inbox as your other channels and become part of that customer's shared record, alongside their bookings, jobs, and invoices. See Unified inbox for how the Inbox itself works.

On WhatsApp, Nassima can:

Send and receive messages Receive photos, documents, video, and other attachments customers send you Send template messages for things like confirmations and reminders Automatically reply to inbound WhatsApp messages, once the AI receptionist is enabled for the channel

For everything else about sending and receiving across channels, see Send messages. Turning on automatic replies is covered under AI-powered automated replies. See AI receptionist for what it can do more broadly across channels.

Creating and submitting WhatsApp message templates is done from the Templates section itself, not something you ask Nassima to do for you in conversation, since Meta has to review and approve each one before it can be used. See Message templates for how that works.

WhatsApp also has its own timing rule from Meta: a message sent outside the 24-hour customer-initiated window needs an approved template instead of free text. See WhatsApp 24-hour messaging window for the details.

One connection, and WhatsApp becomes just another channel flowing into the same inbox and the same customer record as everything else.
