Can I sell online?

Yes. Once your storefront is live — building and publishing it is covered under Online store builder — customers can browse, buy, and check out on their own, without any extra work from you.

Your storefront shows:

Your catalog, with images, descriptions and prices, for both products and services A dedicated page for each product or service, so a customer can buy that one thing directly Their own tracking link once an order is placed, so they can follow it without logging in or messaging you

At checkout, customers choose how they pay — in full, as a deposit, later, by quote, or pending your confirmation. How each of those works, along with discount codes and delivery fees, is covered under Storefront checkout modes.

Every purchase becomes an invoice automatically, so it's tied to the same customer record as everything else — conversations, bookings, and payments. New orders land in the Store Management section, where you follow fulfillment and payment status; see Order fulfillment tracking for how that works.
