Can I create service packages?

Yes, you can bundle products and services together into a package.

Open the Packages & Offers section under Marketing to build one. From there you can create a new package, or open an existing one to add, remove, or adjust its items.

A package has:

• A name
• A description
• A list of items, each with its own quantity

You can also set an optional discount directly on the package itself, either a percentage or a fixed amount. For how discounts work more broadly, see Discounts and packages.

Add the package to a quote or an invoice, and every item on it — at the quantities you set — goes in at once, instead of adding each line one by one.

Because a package is really just a named set of items, it works well for fixed-scope service packages, maintenance bundles, or promotional offers, or any other grouping of catalog items you regularly sell together.

Build the bundle once, and it's ready to drop into any quote or invoice from then on.
