Can I add my signature to invoices?

Yes. An invoice can carry two signatures — your company's and the customer's — and both work the same way: each is turned on by a toggle on the invoice template, not something that's on by default or something you flip per invoice.

From Finance > Templates, turn on Company signature and/or Customer signature for the templates that need them. The two are independent toggles, so a template can require either one, both, or neither.

When a template has Company signature turned on, the invoice creation screen in the Invoices section under Finance shows a signature pad. Draw your signature there and it's saved to that invoice, appearing on the PDF and on every printed or shared version.

When a template has Customer signature turned on, the customer signs on the payment page as part of paying online, before the payment can go through, and that signature is stored with the invoice record alongside the payment.

Two signatures on one invoice record means you don't need a separate e-signature tool just to show a customer accepted the work.
