How do I send a payment link?

Yes. Open the invoice from Finance > Invoices and generate a payment link from there.

Nassima creates a branded payment page for that invoice, where the customer can pay by card or bank transfer, and sign the page too if your invoice template requires a signature. From the invoice, you can copy the link to send yourself, or email it to the customer directly.

To generate a link, the invoice needs to be issued, overdue, or partially paid. If it's still a draft, Nassima issues it automatically first, then creates the link, so you don't have to issue it yourself beforehand.

A link you generate from the invoice page expires after 24 hours for security. You can reissue an expired one at any time, from the same page.

Stripe is Nassima's payment provider today — PayPal and Inflowpay are coming soon. You'll need Stripe connected already — see Payment gateway setup if you haven't connected it yet.

A link means your customer can pay the moment they get it, without you chasing a bank transfer reference or a "did that go through?" text.
