Can I create discount codes?

Yes. You can create discount codes from the Discounts section under Marketing.

To set one up, Nassima needs:

Whether it's a percentage off or a fixed amount off — a code is one or the other, not both The amount or percentage itself

From there, you can give the discount a start and end date, or leave it open-ended so it just keeps running, and set a cap on the total number of times it can be redeemed.

Once it's live, the same code works in three places:

• Storefront checkout, where the customer enters it and it applies to their order
• Invoices
• Quotes

Nassima also keeps a record of who redeems a code and when. Applying a discount to one specific invoice, or to an individual line item rather than the whole order, is covered under Invoice discounts. Bundling services or products together into a package is a separate capability too — see Marketing packages and bundles.

You can ask Nassima how much discount was applied on a specific invoice, since that's part of the invoice record it can look up for you. If your AI receptionist is enabled, it's also set up to respect a maximum discount percentage you define, so it won't offer a customer more than that while chatting with them — creating or changing a discount code itself is still done from the Discounts section, not through the conversation.
