Can I add my bank accounts?

Yes. You can add your business bank accounts in Nassima, upload statements against them, and reconcile transactions so your books stay accurate.

Add a bank account from the Bank Accounts section under Finance. To add one, Nassima needs:

• Bank name
• Account number

Once the account exists, upload a statement from Bank Statements. Each statement brings in its opening and closing balance along with every transaction line, so the account balance stays current as new statements come in.

From Bank Reconciliation, match each statement line against the payments and expenses you've already recorded, so the two sides tie out. You can match lines yourself, or ask Nassima to look at a statement and suggest matches for you to review. For example: "Do any of these bank statement lines match payments or expenses we've already recorded?" Nassima only proposes the matches here — it doesn't record them on its own — so you confirm and apply what looks right from the reconciliation workspace.

The result: your bank activity, recorded payments and expenses, and your books all line up, without re-typing transactions by hand.
