Can I convert a quote to a job?

Yes. Once a quote is approved, you can turn it into a job, and once that job is done, turn it into an invoice, with Nassima carrying the same record through both steps.

Open the quote itself, in the Quotes section under Operations, and use the convert-to-job action there. It's a single confirmation step — there's nothing to choose on that screen. Whether it creates one job for the whole quote or a separate job per line item follows a setting for your whole business, not a choice you make quote by quote. Your team sets this once in Setup Studio:

• Single job, for quotes where the whole thing will be handled as one piece of work
• One job per line item, for quotes where different parts will be handled separately

Every quote you convert this way follows that same setting.

A job item created this way stays linked back to the quote line it came from, and that link only works within the same work order — a job item can't be tied to a quote item that belongs to a different work order.

New jobs land in the Jobs section under Operations.
