How do I connect a phone number?

Go to Settings > Integrations and connect Twilio Phone Calls — that's the integration card for linking a Twilio phone number as your telephony provider.

Nassima's telephony is BYOC — bring your own carrier — so you're connecting the Twilio account and number you already have, not getting a new one issued by Nassima. Twilio is currently the only telephony provider Nassima connects to.

To connect it, you'll need:

• Your Twilio Account SID
• Your Twilio Auth Token
• The Twilio phone number itself

Save those, and Nassima gives you two webhook URLs. Paste both into that number's configuration in your own Twilio console, then save there too — that's what tells Twilio to route calls to Nassima instead of wherever they went before.

A few things are worth knowing before you switch your line over. Inbound and outbound calls both draw against your plan's phone-call quota, and once that's used up Nassima stops answering or placing calls until you upgrade.
