Yes. Nassima can dispatch and route your field technicians — this runs through Nassima's AI Field Dispatcher agent, which you reach from the Crew section rather than from a dedicated dispatch board.

Dispatch assigns jobs to technicians based on availability, location, skills, and workload. The route optimizer works out travel times and builds the most efficient run for each technician's day, respecting your real constraints:

• Working hours
• Service areas
• Technician specializations

To plan a day's dispatch, open FieldDispatcher from the Crew section and ask it directly, in your own words. For example: "Optimize tomorrow's routes for the plumbing crew" or "Dispatch today's callouts to the nearest available technician."

You can also check who's free before committing a job. For example: "Is Sarah available Thursday afternoon?"

FieldDispatcher is separate from your customer-facing WhatsApp, Telegram, or email inbox — those channels reach your Receptionist, not FieldDispatcher, so dispatch requests need to go through the Crew section itself.

Once a plan exists, you can adjust it the same way:

• Reschedule a job
• Move it to a different technician
• Swap two technicians' jobs
• Lock or unlock a job
• Publish or reject the plan
• Hand a job to the Receptionist when a customer needs to confirm something

Two things worth knowing before you lean on it for a big day: each planning run covers up to 50 tasks and 20 workers, so a larger dispatch day may need more than one pass, and travel times use Google Routes for real driving times when that's connected — otherwise Nassima estimates using straight-line distance.
