How do I top up my account?

Go to Settings and open Billing to top up your account balance.

Your subscription includes a base allowance. Once a billing period's usage goes past that allowance, these draw against your account balance instead:

• AI conversations
• Voice minutes
• Messaging and SMS

A top-up is what keeps them running once your plan's included allowance is used up.

You top up using the card you already have on file. Top-ups aren't a custom amount you type in — you choose from fixed-size packs:

• AI-action packs:
• Boost 500 — 500 actions, $9.99
• Boost 2K — 2,000 actions, $49.99
• Boost 5K — 5,000 actions, $199.99
• Boost 10K — 10,000 actions, $299.99

• Voice packs:
• Call Micro — 100 minutes, $29
• Call Starter — 500 minutes, $120
• Call Growth — 2,000 minutes, $399

• Messaging packs (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram):
• Micro — 1,000 messages, $15
• Starter Boost — 5,000 messages, $59
• Growth Boost — 20,000 messages, $199
• Scale Boost — 100,000 messages, $799

SMS tops up the same way, as its own pack, but priced per destination country rather than at one flat rate — check Settings, under Billing, for the exact pack prices for your country. Every pack is also shown in your business's own billing currency, not just USD.

You can check your current balance and usage history at any time, broken down per service, right there in Settings, under Billing.

You can also get that same balance and usage information by messaging Nassima on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email instead of opening the app — once Nassima has confirmed it's you, ask something like: "What's my AI-action balance and usage this month?" Buying or renewing a top-up itself is still something you do from Settings, under Billing, not something you can trigger through the conversation.

Your usage stays visible and in your control, whichever channel you check it from.
