How do I connect integrations?

Yes. Open Settings, then Integrations, and pick the service you want to connect.

How you connect a service depends on which one it is. Ad platforms, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp connect through an OAuth authorization: you start the connection in Nassima, you're sent to the provider to grant access, and the integration goes live once you approve it there. Telegram, SMS, phone, Google reviews, and email connect a different way — you enter the required credentials directly into a form in Settings, with no redirect to the provider. Email has one extra step on top of that: after you add it, you verify it before it becomes active.

Connecting, configuring, or disconnecting a payment gateway or an email integration is done from Settings directly.

Specific integrations have their own dedicated answers, including Stripe for payments (PayPal and Inflowpay are coming soon), WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS for messaging (WeChat is coming soon), Google Business Profile, and phone number and telephony setup.

Connect it once, and whichever channel or platform you picked keeps working in the background from then on.
