Does Nassima have inventory management?

Yes. Nassima includes full inventory management, built around one Items page for everything you stock.

Go to Inventory, then Items, to create, edit, and browse your inventory items.

To create an item, Nassima needs:

• Item name
• Item code (SKU)

You can then round out the item with:

• Category
• Price
• Quantity on hand
• Minimum stock level (reorder point)
• Supplier

Stock is tracked per item and per location, so if you hold the same item in more than one place, each location's count shows separately. Stock movements are recorded, and you can see the history on the Items page under the activity view. For manual stock corrections specifically, see Stock adjustments.

Items running low show up as a low-stock flag on your inventory view.

Inventory connects to the rest of Nassima. It's tied directly to your jobs, so the parts you use on a job leave your stock without anyone retyping it, and restocking from a supplier runs through Purchase orders. Inventory items aren't linked to invoices directly — when an item is also linked to a matching product in your catalog, it's that catalog product that shows up on the invoice. You set the items up once — after that, your jobs, your purchasing, and your stock counts stay in sync on their own.
