How long does it take to set up?

Minutes, not weeks. Nassima builds your workspace as a private sandbox while you go through the onboarding wizard, and your data import happens as part of that same flow.

The wizard itself covers your business details, data import, services and catalog, and which channels your customers use — see Onboarding setup wizard for the full walkthrough. Bringing across customers, inventory, and other records from your old system is covered under Data migration. If an import gives you trouble, you can reach the support team through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email and they will help you sort it out.

What actually switches Nassima on for your customers is a separate step:

Verification and going live Until your account is verified and you go live, nothing is charged, no message goes out, and no payment is taken on your behalf — you're working in a preview. For most merchants, verification runs automatically in about a minute. A smaller number of accounts get flagged for a manual review, which can take up to a business day.

Connecting integrations Stripe, WhatsApp, Meta, and Twilio each have their own setup, connected one at a time from Settings > Integrations (PayPal and Inflowpay are coming soon) — payment gateways specifically are covered under Payment gateway setup. You can go through the wizard and explore Nassima before any of them are connected, but the messaging or payments a given integration handles only goes live once that integration is connected and your account has completed verification.

While you're going through the wizard, you can also just ask, right there in the setup chat, how your setup or go-live is progressing. For example: "How much longer until I can start taking payments?"

Most of what feels like setup happens on its own while you answer a few questions — the only real waiting is verification, and for most merchants that's minutes too.
