Can my customers see their invoices online?

Yes. Once you invite a customer, they can log into their own portal and see and pay their invoices directly, without going back and forth with your team.

The same portal also has its own Work Orders and Quotes sections, so a customer isn't limited to just the invoice list. How a customer approves an estimate from the portal is covered under Approve an estimate.

To invite a customer to the portal, Nassima needs their email address.

Once they're in, customers can check an invoice or pay it whenever it suits them, without waiting on a reply from you.
