How do I add parts to a job?
Esta resposta está, por agora, publicada apenas em inglês.
Yes. Each job inside a work order carries its own line items — the services performed on it and the products used.
Open the job inside its work order, in the Work orders section, and add each line item from your catalog. How work orders and jobs fit together is covered under Work orders, and what's available to add comes from your catalog, covered under Catalog items and categories.
Consumables are the parts and materials you actually use doing the job. Record them on the job, then use Confirm all pending to confirm what was used — confirming posts the usage against your stock automatically, so you don't adjust inventory separately. Stock levels themselves live under Inventory management.
Once a job is marked Completed, its line items carry over as invoice line items. Turning a work order into an invoice is covered under Create invoices from work orders, and how those items behave once they're on the invoice is covered under Invoice line items.
That way, what a job actually costs you in parts and labor is never a guess — it's the same record, from the job through to the invoice.
