Do my customers get their own login?

Yes. Customers can view their invoices directly from their customer portal, including current and past invoices, amounts due, payment status, and the work or booking each invoice relates to.

Nassima also automatically sends the customer an email with the invoice PDF, so they do not need to log in just to retrieve a copy.

When a payment is completed, the customer also receives a payment receipt. If the payment was processed through Stripe, Nassima’s payment provider today, customers can use Stripe’s secure interface to manage supported payment details, such as their saved card information, without your business handling sensitive card data directly.

If the Nassima AI Receptionist is enabled, customers can also ask about an invoice or payment directly through the conversation and be guided to the relevant information.
