How do I log in?

Go to the Sign In page and sign in with:

• Email address
• Password

If you've forgotten your password, use the forgot password link there. Enter your email and Nassima sends you a reset link by email — open it, set a new password, and you're back in without having to involve anyone else.

Too many wrong attempts locks the account for a limited window instead of for good — the sign-in page shows the lockout message right there ("Your account has been locked. Please contact support."), there's no separate page to go to. From there you can wait for the lockout to pass and try again, or message Nassima's Helpdesk on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — if it looks like something on Nassima's side, that conversation gets escalated straight to the platform support team.
