What happens after I create an estimate?

Go to Work Orders under Operations, on the Quotes tab, to start the flow. From there, one connected record carries the work through to a paid invoice, so pricing and line items don't get retyped at every stage.

Converting an approved quote into a job, and turning a completed job into its invoice, are AI-assisted too, and that happens on the staff side as the work moves forward — Nassima carries the numbers over for you so nobody has to re-enter them by hand.
