Data Deletion Instructions

Garage Hero L.L.C-FZ, doing business as Nassima (“Nassima,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides these Data Deletion Instructions to explain how you can request or execute the removal of your personal data from our platform. Why These Instructions Exist
Data deletion instructions help you understand how to remove personal information we hold and how to disconnect Nassima from third-party platforms you may have linked. They are important for several reasons:
- Platform requirements: Major ecosystems such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) require third-party integrations and connected apps to provide users with clear data deletion instructions or a Data Deletion Callback page.
- Data privacy laws: Regulations such as the GDPR grant individuals the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), requiring companies to remove personal data when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent.
- Consumer control: These instructions empower you to sever ties with our service and ensure obsolete information is not retained indefinitely.
Data We May Hold About You
Depending on how you use Nassima, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, role, and account preferences.
- Business Customer Data: customer records, messages, bookings, invoices, and other operational data you or your team enter into Nassima on behalf of your business.
- Integration and connection data: tokens and metadata for connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google (including Google sign-in), Meta Ads, and other integrations you enable.
- Support and communications: emails, chat logs, and other correspondence when you contact our support team.

Delete Your Nassima Account and Data
If you are a Nassima account holder (business user or team member), you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as follows:
- Export your data first (recommended): If you have access to Settings, use the Download database feature to export your business data before requesting deletion. This gives you a copy of Customer Data and operational records.
- Cancel active subscriptions: If your account has an active paid subscription, cancel it before requesting account deletion. We cannot fully delete account data while an active subscription is in progress.
- Submit a deletion request: Email support@nassima.ai from the email address associated with your Nassima account. Include your full name, business or tenant name, and a clear statement that you wish to delete your account and personal data.
- Disconnect integrations: Remove any connected third-party integrations (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, etc.) from your Nassima Settings before or as part of your deletion request.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to protect your data from unauthorized removal.
Revoke Third-Party App Access
If you connected Nassima through a third-party platform, you should also revoke access directly on that platform:
- Facebook / Meta: Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), find Nassima or the connected app, and select Remove or Revoke access. This stops Nassima from accessing data via your Facebook or Instagram connection.
- Google sign-in: If you signed in to Nassima with Google, visit your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access, find Nassima, and remove access.
- Other integrations: Disconnect Nassima from WhatsApp, Telegram, or other channels through the respective platform’s connected-apps or permissions settings, in addition to removing the integration inside Nassima.
Revoking third-party access does not automatically delete data already stored in Nassima. Submit a deletion request to support@nassima.ai if you also want that data removed from our systems.
End-Customers of Nassima Businesses
If you are an end-customer of a business that uses Nassima (for example, your contact details were entered by a garage, clinic, or retailer using our platform), that business is the data controller of your information. Nassima processes your data on their behalf.
Please direct any access, correction, or deletion requests regarding your personal data to the business that collected it. If you contact us directly, we will forward your request to the relevant business and assist them in responding. You may also email support@nassima.ai and we will help route your request appropriately.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
When we receive a valid deletion request, we will:
- Verify your identity and confirm the scope of the request.
- Initiate deletion of your personal data from our production systems, generally within 30 days of account termination or confirmed request.
- Provide a 30-day grace period after account termination during which you may export Customer Data, as described in our Terms of Service.
- Retain certain data only where required by law, for legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution), or in encrypted backups that are purged on a rolling schedule (typically 30–120 days).
- Respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, one month under GDPR, or 45 days under CCPA).
We will inform you if any data cannot be fully deleted due to legal or operational obligations.
