Can I upload documents?

Yes. You can upload a document and Nassima will read it for you.

There's no single generic upload page for this — you upload a document right where it belongs: on a customer's profile or on the work order it relates to, and Nassima processes it from there.

You can also just bring a document up while you're working directly inside Nassima and ask about it — for example, "Pull the total and due date off this invoice." How much it can tell you back may depend on the document.

More than 20 file formats are supported:

There are size limits by file type:

• Images, up to 10MB
• Documents, up to 25MB
• Spreadsheets, up to 50MB
• Text files, up to 10MB
• Audio, up to 25MB
• Video, up to 100MB

Quality matters. A clean scan reads more accurately than a poor one, and handwriting is the hardest case for the AI to get right — there's no fixed accuracy number, so it's worth a quick check on anything handwritten.

This is about reading a document you upload. Training the AI receptionist on your business itself is a separate process, covered under Knowledge base.
