Yes. Connect Telegram from the Integrations section, and your Telegram messages start arriving in the unified Inbox alongside your other channels.

Open Integrations, find the Telegram card, and connect it.

To connect Telegram, you need:

• Telegram Bot token
• The Messaging plan tier

Once it's connected, you can reply to Telegram messages from the Inbox the same way you reply on any other channel — see Unified inbox for how conversations, search, and assignment work there.
