Is there a dashboard?

Cette réponse n'est pour l'instant publiée qu'en anglais.

Yes. Go to your Dashboard — it's the screen you land on the moment you sign in, built to show the business at a glance rather than full reporting (for deeper reports, that's Reports and analytics).

What you see there is filtered to what you're allowed to see and the branch you currently have selected, so two people on the same account can see a different set of widgets. If you haven't picked a branch yet, you'll see a reminder banner prompting you to select one from the navbar, and the branch-scoped parts of the page — the snapshot cards, the conversations preview, the revenue chart, and the overdue cash flow callout — stay empty until you do. The Pending Decisions queue below isn't tied to a branch, so it keeps populating and stays fully actionable either way.

On the first screen, you get snapshot cards for:

  • Revenue
  • Active Jobs
  • Store Orders
  • Conversations
  • Amount Owed, with anything overdue called out
  • Payments received today
  • Amount Payable

Each card doubles as a shortcut straight to that section — tap Revenue to open Invoices, tap Conversations to open the Inbox, and so on.

Below that sits a Pending Decisions queue: items waiting on a human call before they go ahead, covering

  • Bookings
  • Payouts
  • Tax refunds
  • Employee payments
  • Expenses
  • Customer requests

You can approve, reject, or auto-handle each one right from the card.

If you have overdue receivables, an overdue cash flow callout appears with a one-click shortcut to send follow-ups. You'll also see a quick preview of your most recent open conversations — full conversation management, replying, assigning, filtering by channel, lives in the Unified inbox — and a revenue trend chart showing how the current period is tracking.

There's also an Ask Nassima bar right on the dashboard for quick, free-text questions, with a few suggested prompts already there to tap, such as what needs my attention or what happened today. Treat it as a way to start a conversation with Nassima rather than a dedicated dashboard tool — it's not built to take actions like approving a decision for you from there.

One screen, tailored to your role and the branch you're working in, so you know where things stand before you dig into any one part of the business.
