How do I teach the AI about my business?

Go to Knowledge Base, under Nassima Tools, and upload documents, FAQs, and other business information for the AI receptionist to learn from.

You don't need a document for everything. You can also type an FAQ or a rule directly into the knowledge base by hand, no upload required.

Once something is added, it shows a status while Nassima processes it, pending, processing, ready, failed, or revoked, so you can tell when it's actually usable rather than just sitting there.

Supported files include:

• Documents such as PDF, Word, and PowerPoint
• Spreadsheets such as Excel and CSV
• Images such as PNG, JPG, and WebP
• Text and data files such as TXT, Markdown, JSON, XML, and HTML
• Audio files such as MP3 and WAV
• Video files such as MP4

When you upload or add something, mark it for Staff or for Customers. Only items marked for customers are used when Nassima answers a customer directly, over voice or WhatsApp. Anything left as staff-only stays internal reference for your team and never reaches callers, so that's the first thing to check if the AI doesn't seem to know something you added.

The AI also learns from your business configuration, your services catalog, and past conversations, and it treats everything you give it as reference rather than memorizing it word for word.

Once something is uploaded and marked for customers, Nassima can use it automatically inside a conversation. A customer asking on WhatsApp "Do you have parking on site?" gets answered straight from what you've added, instead of the question landing back on your team.

The more it knows about your business, the less it has to escalate to you.
