Can I see the history of changes on an invoice?

Yes. Every invoice keeps a full change log — every status transition and payment event, along with who made it and when.

You'll find it in Audit Logs under Settings, not as a panel inside the invoice record itself. Since the log is scoped to one invoice at a time, use "Look up a record" there and select the invoice to pull up its history.

Each entry shows:

• Who made the change
• When it happened
• What changed, broken down field by field

Entries are chained together, each one linking back to the one before it — so the chain shows if anything was ever tampered with.

The same Audit Logs section also tracks activity across other parts of your business, not just invoices — this is specifically the invoice side of it.

When a customer disputes an invoice, or a number looks wrong, this is where you check what happened and who was responsible.

Every status change and payment on an invoice leaves a record of who did it and when.
