Can Nassima create documents?

Yes. Ask Nassima, from your current chat with it inside the app, to generate the document you need, and it puts one together for you on the spot.

Tell it the type of document and what should be in it. For example: "Turn this into a PDF summary I can send my supplier" or "Give me this as an Excel file." If you don't say which format you want, Nassima works out the most sensible one from what you're asking for.

Nassima can generate:

• PDF
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint

It builds the document from what's already in that conversation — the chat history and anything already pulled up in that session, like a table or a quote you were just looking at — rather than going off and independently querying your books. If what you're really after is a report or chart pulled live from your business data, that's Reports & Analytics, not this.

A couple of things this doesn't do today: it doesn't fill in an existing PDF form, and it doesn't build from a saved template — every document is put together fresh from what you tell it. If you're after a reusable template for a specific financial document, like an invoice, receipt, or payslip, that's handled under financial document templates instead. And for invoice or receipt PDFs specifically, that's its own capability — invoice and receipt PDF generation — not this general one.

The finished file comes back as a download link, valid for about an hour, so grab it while you're there.

Whatever you're already looking at with Nassima, you can usually just ask it to hand that back to you as a proper document.
