Can I store employee documents?

Yes. Open the employee's profile and go to the Documents tab — that's where contracts, certifications, IDs and other HR paperwork are kept, all linked to that one person.

The employee record has to exist first. The Documents tab isn't a standalone page you can browse on its own; you always reach it through that specific employee's profile.

Documents are organized by category, so paperwork doesn't pile up as one unsorted list. You can store:

• Passport
• National ID (Emirates ID)
• Visa
• Driving license
• Professional certification
• Educational certificate
• Training certificate
• Employment agreement
• Service contract
• NDA
• Health insurance policy
• Other

Whatever you upload stays attached to that employee's own profile, alongside the rest of their record.

This is plain file storage for HR paperwork, not AI processing — nothing here gets read or extracted automatically. If you want a document's contents pulled apart and extracted, that's Upload and process documents, a separate general-purpose tool built for that, not for HR files. And the file an employee attaches to a specific leave request is a narrower thing handled under Leave management, not here.

Keep contracts, IDs, and certifications on the profile itself, and they're right there whenever you need them — no digging through email or a shared drive.
