Can I import my existing reviews?

Bulk review import exists in Nassima, but you can't actually use it yet. In the Reviews section under Marketing, the Upload button in the toolbar is currently disabled and marked "Coming soon" — there's no way to open the import screen from the dashboard today, even though the import logic behind it is fully built.

Here's what it's built to do, for when it opens up: you'd upload a CSV or JSON file from that same Reviews dashboard, where your live Google reviews already show. Each review row or object needs:

• Review text
• Rating
• Reviewer name

The idea is to bring your historical reviews across, or pull reviews in from another platform, instead of starting your review history from zero — once the feature is switched on.

One more thing to know: the Reviews dashboard itself only loads once you've connected Google Business Reviews. Without that connection, you won't see the Reviews section — or, eventually, the Upload option — at all.

If you're bringing over other business data, like customers or inventory, from a previous system, that's a separate, already-available capability — Data migration, under Settings.

Right now, the only way reviews get into Nassima is by connecting your Google Business Profile — bulk upload is on the way, not live yet.
