Yes you can absolutely. Go to the Customers section and search by name, phone number, email, or other customer details.

You can also ask Nassima to generate reports or answer questions about your customers, such as customer activity, revenue, outstanding payments, or other business insights, using Reports & Analytics section and download it as a PDF or excel format. This is particularly useful when you want to share information with partners. The goal is that you don’t have to dig through your CRM.
