Can Nassima make outgoing calls?

Yes — Nassima can call your customers directly. The call goes out through Twilio and connects your customer to the same real-time AI voice agent that handles inbound calls, listening and responding live as the conversation happens rather than reading from a script. The number your customer sees comes from your connected voice channel.

Only one call goes out at a time — there's no batch dialing or calling campaigns. The customer's number needs to be in international format (for example, +971 5xx xxx xxx).

This isn't self-serve yet: there's no section in the app to start a call yourself, and you can't ask Nassima to place one for you in conversation.
