How do I get started?

Sign up, and Nassima takes you straight into the onboarding wizard — there's no separate setup guide to go track down first.

The wizard itself walks you through three phases: Setup, Preview, and Go live.

Setup is where you create your account and Nassima gets to know your business — your industry and your business details, covered as part of the setup interview. See Business details configuration for how that's managed on its own.

At any point during Setup, you can also just ask Nassima directly, right there in the wizard, what you still need to configure, and it will tell you what's outstanding. For example: "What do I still need to set up?"

Preview is where Nassima shows you what it has already put together for you before anything goes live — a draft of your services and catalog, your AI receptionist and helpdesk already set up, and an initial draft of your online store and website. If you have existing customers, jobs, or other records elsewhere, this is also where you bring them in — see Data migration for that.

Go live is where you verify your identity and activate your account — your plan, payment, and branch. See Business verification (KYC) and Pricing and plans comparison for what that step needs. This is also when your workspace switches from a private sandbox to live, and when you connect the messaging channels your customers will actually reach you on, which is covered under Integration settings.

Full access to your dashboard — customers, catalog, everything — only opens up once verification and go live are done, not simply once you've clicked through Setup and Preview.
