How do I sign in?
Sign in with your email and password, or with your Google account, from the sign-in page.
Signing in with your email and password also asks for a one-time code (OTP) before you're let in. Signing in with Google does not include that extra step.
That verification step comes back later too, whenever an AI-driven action needs your confirmation before Nassima goes ahead — changing your payment settings is one example, not the only one. In the app or over chat, that means a fresh code sent to your email, even though you're already signed in. On a phone call with Nassima, it's a spoken confirmation instead.
If you forget your password, you request a reset link by email. For the full sign-in walkthrough, including what to do if your account gets locked, see Sign in.
From your Profile, you can also see every device you're currently signed in on, and:
- Log out of one device
- Log out of every device at once
How your account and data are kept secure is covered under Privacy and security.
- Sign in:

Either way, an already-open session on its own isn't enough for anything sensitive — yours or Nassima's.
