Can I create job templates?

Yes. Job templates are managed in Setup Studio, and control the structure for each type of job you create.

A job template controls:

• Which fields appear on the job
• What data gets collected for each one
• The default values a new job starts with

When your team creates a job, that structure is already in place, so they just fill in the specifics instead of building the form from scratch each time.

You can start from one of Nassima's system templates, or build your own from scratch.

Every change you make is saved as a new version, so previous versions of a template stay on record as it evolves.

Set the structure up once, and every job of that type starts consistent from day one.
