Can I customize my invoice design?

Yes. You can browse, customize, and build your own invoice templates from the shared Templates section under Finance — it's the same section used for invoices, receipts, and payslips, and it opens on the Invoice tab.

There's a gallery of system templates. Nassima matches it automatically to your business's industry and the language you're working in — those aren't filters you pick yourself. You can search the gallery by keyword to find what you want.

Use one of these as it is, or build your own — all a new template needs to get started is a name. From there, you can add:

• Your business logo
• Default tax rates
• Layout density, comfortable or compact
• Totals position, right, left, or bottom

A template controls the whole shape of the invoice: its layout, content, colors, and structure.

Once an invoice is created, its template is locked to that invoice. Changing the template afterward only affects new invoices going forward — anything already sent stays exactly as it was.
