Yes. Connect Instagram from the Integrations section, and its direct messages start arriving in your Inbox alongside every other channel.

To connect it, you need:

• An Instagram Business or Creator account
• A Facebook Page connected to that account
• The Messaging plan — Instagram isn't available on lower plans

Only direct messages are supported. Instagram comments aren't read or handled by Nassima.

Reply to Instagram DMs from the Inbox like you would on any other channel.
