Can Nassima handle Messenger messages?

Yes. Connect Facebook Messenger from Settings > Integrations, and your Messenger messages start arriving in the same unified inbox as your other channels.

To connect it, you'll need a Facebook Page, and Messenger requires Nassima's messaging plan tier.

Once connected, you can reply to Messenger conversations directly from the inbox, and the AI receptionist can automate replies to inbound Messenger messages once it's enabled for that channel.

Connect the Page once, and Messenger becomes just another channel in the same inbox as everything else.
