Can I take deposits?

Yes. You can take a deposit from a customer before the work is done.

Go to Finance, then Payments, then Deposits, to see and manage them. If you don't see Deposits there, it isn't turned on for your account yet — reach out to Nassima support to have it enabled.

To record a deposit, Nassima needs:

• Amount
• Customer

Nassima tracks the deposit balance and applies it to the invoice once the work is done.

The money you already collected doesn't need re-entering later — it's already counted against the final bill.
