How do I add a customer?

Yes. You can create a customer manually from the Customers section, but in most cases, Nassima can create the record for you as you work.

When someone contacts your business through WhatsApp, email, Telegram, a booking, or a conversation with Nassima, their information can automatically become a customer record instead of staying buried in a message.

To create a basic customer, Nassima needs:

• Customer type
• Phone number
• At least a first or last name

You can then enrich the profile with addresses, emails, notes, preferences, business information, and other details.

You can also dictate customer information by voice, upload or scan documents such as a trade license or ID, and keep those documents attached to the customer record.

Already have customers? You can import your existing client list in bulk at any time from Data migration, under Settings.

The idea is simple: you shouldn’t have to spend your day maintaining a CRM. Many customer records build themselves while you work.
