Can I change the greeting message?

No — writing your own greeting text isn't something Nassima supports yet, and there's no settings screen for it today.

What is automatic is the greeting's language. Nassima matches it to the phone number a caller dials — for example, a UAE number greeted in Arabic while other numbers default to English. That mapping is configured once for the whole platform, not per business, so you can't currently choose a different greeting language, or write different greeting text, for a specific phone number yourself.
