How do I accept payments from my customers?

To accept payments from customers, connect Stripe from Settings, then Integrations — PayPal and Inflowpay are coming soon.

Connecting starts Stripe's own merchant onboarding, which includes identity verification (KYC). Have these ready:

Your bank account details, for where payouts land Your business identity information, such as your registered business details and an ID for the business representative

The exact setup steps are covered under Payment gateway setup and Stripe payment gateway.

Once it's verified, the rest moves quickly. You can:

  • Generate a payment link and send it to a customer
  • Send an invoice a customer can pay online
  • Accept payments through your online store's checkout
  • Process refunds when a customer needs one

The mechanics of payment links, invoice checkout, and receipts each have their own section — see Payment links, Online checkout for invoices, and Payment receipts. Refund paperwork is covered under Credit notes and debit notes, and where the money lands once it pays out is covered under Deposits and payouts.

From here, taking a payment, sending the invoice, and checking whether it cleared all happen inside Nassima, without a separate payment system bolted on.
