How do I manage online orders?

Yes. Customers can order directly from your storefront, and new orders show up right away in Store Management, under Orders to prepare, so you can see them without checking a separate system.

Each order in the queue already shows its customer, what they bought, and the total, along with whether payment is still due. Updating an order's fulfillment status in more detail is covered separately, since store orders use the same fulfillment tracking as your invoices.

Behind the scenes, every store order is created as an invoice in Nassima, so it's tied to the same customer record and follows the same invoice lifecycle as the rest of your billing.

Because of that, access to Orders to prepare depends on your invoice permissions rather than a general store-editing permission, so a team member needs invoice view or update rights to see it.

In practice, your store needs to be live and taking real checkouts for orders to come in — a draft store won't generate them yet.
