How do I set prices?

Diese Antwort ist derzeit nur auf Englisch veröffentlicht.

Open the item on the Catalog page, under Operations, and set its price right there on the item's edit form.

Every product or service in your catalog carries one unit price. That single price is what pulls in automatically the moment you add the item to:

  • A quote
  • An invoice
  • A storefront order

You can change that price at any time. The moment you save it, new quotes, invoices, and storefront orders start using the new number. Anything you already created keeps the price it was built with — an invoice or quote you've already issued is never rewritten underneath the customer.

On any single invoice or quote, you can still override this catalog price for that one line if the situation calls for it. That per-line behavior is its own thing, covered under Invoice line items and Quote line items, so it isn't repeated here.

The same price is also what customers see on your online storefront when they buy directly — see Selling online for how checkout itself works.

If the Nassima AI Receptionist is enabled, customers can also just ask Nassima directly over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email what something costs, and get the current catalog price back right away. For example, a customer messaging "How much do you charge for a full detail?" gets an accurate answer pulled from the same catalog you manage, without you needing to jump into the conversation yourself.

Set the price once, and it's the same number everywhere your business quotes, invoices, sells, and answers customers — until you decide to change it.
