Can I download an invoice as PDF?

Yes. Invoices and receipts both generate as a real PDF, not just a snapshot of the page — you can download it, email it, or print it.

Open the invoice in the Invoices section and download the PDF from there. It's generated straight from the same invoice preview you're already looking at, so what downloads matches what's on screen, rendered with your template and branding, in the language you're working in, with:

• Every line item
• Applicable taxes
• The final total

Receipts generate as their own PDF the same way.

If the AI Receptionist is enabled, a customer messaging in on your connected WhatsApp, Telegram, or email channels can also just ask for their own invoice directly in the conversation — for example, "Can you send me my invoice as a PDF?" — and Nassima emails back the real PDF file attached, not just a link. Documents, including PDFs, can also go out over WhatsApp through Nassima when that's the better channel for the customer.

They don't even have to ask, either. Once an invoice is shared, customers can open it from their own invoice page and download the PDF themselves, without logging in, from the link Nassima shares with them.
