Can I rate my suppliers?

Yes. Go to Inventory, then the Buying tab — that's what opens the Procurement page, and there's no separate vendor ratings screen. Ratings live right there, both on the main list and on the page for the specific delivery you're rating.

To submit a rating, Nassima needs:

• The vendor, taken from the delivery you're rating
• A score from 1 to 5
• An optional attachment, such as a photo of what arrived

Only one active rating is kept per delivery, so you're not stacking multiple scores against the same one — score it once, and that's the record for it.

Each vendor also builds up a running quality score as ratings come in over time, so you can see how they're trending, alongside the individual ratings behind that score, before you decide who to order from next.

A quick score after each delivery is enough to build a real quality track record for every vendor you work with, without any extra paperwork.
