How do I add my services?

Yes. Go to the Catalog page under Operations to set up and manage everything you sell, both products and services.

To add an item, Nassima needs:

• A name
• A price

You can then fill in a description, a duration for services, and a category to keep things organized.

You can also ask Nassima, from within the app, to add a product or service to your catalog for you. For example: "Add a 60-minute deep tissue massage to my catalog for $90." This is available on the Growth plan, and Nassima will confirm the details with you before the item is created.

The same catalog is used everywhere you sell. It supplies the line items on your estimates and invoices, it feeds the duration used when a service is booked, and it feeds the items listed on your online store — see Sell products and services online for how selling through the store works. Because the price is set once on the catalog item, it stays the same wherever it's used, instead of drifting between a quote, an invoice, and the store.

Customers messaging your business can also ask what services or products you offer, right in the conversation, and Nassima answers from your catalog — see Search catalog for more on how that works.
