Can I customize payslips?

Yes. Go to Payroll, then open the Payslip templates tab to create or edit one.

A payslip template controls exactly what your employees see on their pay statement.

To create one, Nassima needs:

From there, you choose:

Which earnings line items show, such as base pay and any allowances you define Which deduction line items show, such as tax and other withholdings Your company branding, including your logo, so the pay statement looks like it came from your business

You can also keep more than one template — for example a different layout for different employee categories or pay structures — instead of forcing every employee onto the same format.
