Can I send a payment reminder?

Yes. Open the invoice from Sales in Finance, on the Invoices tab, then use Send reminder on the invoice page.

You can send it through:

• Email
• An in-app notification
• The customer's existing conversation thread

If you send it by email, Nassima needs an email address on file for the customer to send it to.

Nassima can also chase these on its own, by default. It checks for overdue invoices automatically and sends the follow-up straight into the customer's existing conversation thread, in their own language, without you needing to trigger it yourself. You can turn this automated follow-up off in settings if you'd rather send every reminder by hand.

If that conversation is on WhatsApp and it's been more than 24 hours since the customer last wrote in, delivery follows the same messaging-window rule as anywhere else in Nassima — see the WhatsApp 24-hour messaging window for how that works.

Send one by hand when you want to nudge a specific customer, or leave it to Nassima to chase overdue invoices automatically — either way, it shows up in the same conversation your customer already knows.
