Can I export all my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and open Download Database to export your business data in bulk.

You choose which dataset to export:

• Finance
• Clients
• Activity log

You can also narrow the export to a date range, using a week, month, or quarter preset, instead of pulling everything at once.

Nassima then generates the file for you. There's a size limit on a single export, around 2 million rows total, so anything larger is stopped before it starts rather than failing partway through. Only one export can run for your business at a time, so you'll need to wait for the current one to finish before starting another.

Your export history stays visible, so you can come back and download a past export again. The file itself is only kept in storage for about a week, though, so treat it as a short-term copy rather than a permanent archive, and run the export again if you need it after that.

Use it for backups, for analysis in another tool, or to move your data out of Nassima. If you need a financial export formatted specifically for accounting software, that's Financial data export, not this. Bringing data into Nassima, the other direction, is covered under Data migration.
